9. PRICING

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices include VAT where required unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before acceptance of your order.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund monies paid.

10. PAYMENT

Payment may be made via approved third-party gateways or methods displayed on the Website.

We do not store full banking or card details unless expressly stated.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been authorised and cleared.

Fraud screening may delay or cancel orders.

11. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase only. No sale is concluded until we send confirmation of dispatch or written acceptance.

We may reject or cancel orders for reasons including:

12. DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees.

  • strikes;

  • unrest;

  • load shedding;

  • incomplete addresses;

  • security estates;

  • force majeure events.

Risk in goods passes upon delivery to the nominated address or recipient.

Ownership transfers only once full payment clears.

If no one is available to receive delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

13. STORAGE AFTER DELIVERY

Food products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture, pests, direct sunlight and heat.

We accept no responsibility for deterioration after delivery caused by improper storage.

14. RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene and food safety rules, consumable products may not be returnable merely because of change of mind.

If goods are:

  • defective;

  • expired;

  • damaged in transit;

  • materially incorrect;

  • unsafe;

  • not as ordered,

notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with:

  • order number;

  • photographs;

  • batch details if available;

  • proof of purchase.

Where legally required or approved, remedies may include:

  • replacement;

  • partial refund;

  • full refund;

  • store credit.

Returned goods must remain substantially unused where reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

15. PROMOTIONS / COUPONS / DISCOUNTS

Unless stated otherwise:

  • no cash alternative;
