Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. As Alettes Rusks Pty Ltd offers consumable products, we are unable to offer a money back guarantee. However, as we do everything possible to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition without affects from the elements & we would like to know if your experience has been dissatisfying or if your parcel has been damaged in transit. Please contact us strictly within 7days of receipt with images of the damaged goods and we will endeavour to find an agreeable solution to the problem. Email us at online@alettesrusks.co.za within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We take no responsibility for goods which have been affected by exposure to excessive heat, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. In the instance your parcel must be returned to our headquarters, all products must be returned in their original condition, in its original packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via courier to us. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Alettes Rusks Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
